As seems to be tradition for the first weekend in May … it’s a busy weekend out there!

There are so many options, it might be worth reviewing all of them:

Free ComicsThe Willow Glen Home Tour, to benefit SJ Day Nursery.

And for the Kindergartners, a Saturday playdate at River Glen Park.

Garage Sales galore, including one on Coastland Avenue to benefit the Avon Breast Cancer Walk and another Block Sale on Settle, with some of those sellers donating proceeds to the upcoming Relay for Life.

Returning from a successful stint last year is Open Artist Studio, running the first three weekends of May (watch for those bright yellow signs).

And the WG Farmers Market, Saturdays through November 22.

In fact there’s so much to do … you could say there’s everything but free comic books. Oh, wait a minute … there are Free Comic Books, too! Just stop by Hijinx Comics on Saturday, between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm.
