The new artwork is up at Elva’s Coffee Stop … drop by, enjoy some coffee, and peruse the whimsical computer-enhanced, hand-embellished artwork from Julie Christine.
My artwork begins with a line drawing by hand. It is scanned into the computer, digitally painted and then individually hand embellished with acrylic gems and glitter. … I seldom use anything outside of my imagination to inspire my artwork. My pieces are usually inspired from emotions or a state of consciousness I love to enter.
We’ve had Julie’s fairy pottery on display for a while, and we’re happy to add her framed pieces as a complement.
